Please be advised that Network Management Control Centre (NMCC) are currently experiencing problems with the equipment that linkd our telephones to our iBus system, as a result we are unable to answer Code Red or Code Blue call.

Can all operators please advise their drivers via a radio broadcast that if they require immiediate emergency assistance to please call 999, if an incident requires non-emergency assistance then advise drivers to call their iBus control room and this information can be passed to NMCC via the normal phone lines.

We are currently investigating the fault and hope to have it rectified as soon as possible.
