State Opening of Parliament NOE EP19/303A

To facilitate The State Opening of Parliament, Great Scotland Yard, Horse Guards Avenue and Whitehall Place will be closed from 2000. 
From 2200 Whitehall and Parliament Square will then be closed.

Buses on routes N5, N15, N18, N20, N21, N26, N29, N41, N89, N91, N97, N113, N199, N279, N343, will circumnavigate Charles 1^st Island.  Minimum stand time to be taken.
Buses are not to divert unless instructed by Network Management Control Centre, London Buses Officials or a Metropolitan Police Officer.

Buses will be curtailed or diverted as follows:

ROUTE 3 N3	From 2000 Will be curtailed to Lambeth Bridge from the South . Buses should take minimal stand time
ROUTE 11 N11	From 2130 EASTBOUND – towards Liverpool Street Station From Victoria Street at Artillery Row will then be diverted via, right Artillery Row, left Greycoat Place, right Horseferry Road, ahead Lambeth Bridge, left Lambeth Palace Road, right Westminster Bridge Road, left Addington Street, right York Road, left Waterloo Bridge, ahead Lancaster Place, ahead Aldwych and line of route. .WESTBOUND – towards Fulham Broadway. From Strand at Lancaster Place will then be diverted via, left Lancaster Place, ahead Waterloo Bridge, right York Road, left Addington Street, right Westminster Bridge Road, left Lambeth Palace Road, right Lambeth Bridge, ahead Horseferry Road, left Greycoat Place, right Artillery Row, left Victoria Street and line of route.
ROUTE 12	From 2100 Will then be curtailed to County Hall from the South . Terminating buses must stand in the Southbound bus lane only on Lambeth Palace Road. A maximum of 3 buses at any time. . On departure buses should continue ahead Lambeth Palace Road, circumnavigate Lambeth Bridge roundabout and ahead Lambeth Palace Road to Westminster Bridge Road and line of route. . Under no circumstances are buses to stand on the northbound Carriageway (St Thomas’s hospital side of the road) . Buses are to take minimum stand time at this location.
ROUTE 15	From 2000 Will curtail to terminate at Charles 1st Island. Will then be diverted via ahead Cockspur Street to stand. From stand will depart via right Pall Mall East, left Cockspur Street and line of route. Buses should take minimal stand time
ROUTE 24	From 2100 NORTHBOUND – towards Hampstead Heath From Grosvenor Gardens at Lower Grosvenor Place will then be diverted via, ahead Grosvenor Place, right Hyde Park Corner, ahead Piccadilly, ahead Shaftesbury Avenue, left Charing Cross Road and line of route. SOUTHBOUND – towards Pimlico From Charing Cross Road at Shaftesbury Avenue will then be diverted via right Shaftesbury Avenue, ahead Piccadilly, left Duke of Wellington Place, left Grosvenor Place, left Lower Grosvenor Place, ahead Bressenden Place, right Victoria Street and line of route.
ROUTE 29	From 2000 Will curtail to stand at stop D Morleys Hill. Will then circumnavigate Charles 1st Island and line of route. Buses should take minimal stand time
ROUTE 87 N87	From 2100 Will be curtailed to Lambeth Bridge from the South. . Buses should take minimal stand time
ROUTE 88	From 2130 NORTHBOUND – towards Parliament Hill Fields From Marsham Street at Horseferry Road will then be diverted via, right Horseferry Road, ahead Lambeth Bridge, left Lambeth Palace Road, right Westminster Bridge Road, left Addington Street, right York Road, left Waterloo Bridge, ahead Lancaster Place, ahead Aldwych western arm, left Kingsway, left High Holborn, bear right New Oxford Street, ahead Oxford Street, right Regent Street and line of route. SOUTHOUND – towards Clapham Common From Regent Street at Oxford Street will then be diverted via, left Oxford Street, ahead New Oxford Street, ahead Bloomsbury Way, ahead Vernon Place, right Southampton Row, ahead Kingsway, left Aldwych eastern arm, right Strand, left Lancaster Place, ahead Waterloo Bridge, right York Road, left Addington Street, right Westminster Bridge Road, left Lambeth Palace Road, right Lambeth Bridge, ahead Horseferry Road, left Marsham Street and line of route.
ROUTE 91	From 2000 Will circumnavigate Charles 1st Island to stand on the Strand. Buses should take minimal stand time
ROUTE 148	From 2130 NORTHBOUND – towards White City From Westminster Bridge Road at Lambeth Palace Road will then be diverted via, left Lambeth Palace Road, right Lambeth Bridge, ahead Horseferry Road, left Greycoat Place, right Artillery Row, left Victoria Street and line of route. . SOUTHBOUND – towards Camberwell From Victoria Street at Artillery Row will then be diverted via, right Artillery Row, left Greycoat Place, right Horseferry Road, ahead Lambeth Bridge, left Lambeth Palace Road, right Westminster Bridge Road and line of route.

ROUTE 453	From 2130 NORTHBOUND – towards Marylebone From Westminster Bridge Road and Addington Street will then be diverted via, right Addington Street, right York Road, left Waterloo Bridge, ahead Lancaster Place, ahead Aldwych western arm, left Kingsway, left High Holborn, bear right New Oxford Street, ahead Oxford Street, right Regent Street and line of route. ROUTE N136	From first bus Will be curtailed to terminate at Victoria from the south.
