UPDATE 1755hrs

Police have now closed the road in both directions, diversion re-instated.

From Argyle Road, L Scotch Common, A Pitshanger Lane, R Woodfield Road, A Eaton Rise, L Castlebar Road to line of route in both directions.

UPDATE 1735hrs

Traffic now passing in both directions via alternate working, buses back to line of route.
