We are experiencing a system wide connection failure with the iBus radio system. This has been escalated to the highest level.
For emergency assistance drivers are requested to dial 999 directly and then pass full details to iBus control, in turn passing to NMCC.
For all calls into the NMCC use 0344 251 0160 option 1 (ongoing diversion related calls, option 2).
