0402hrs - Update: Fault has been fully cleared following a period of monitoring.
Update: IBUS appears to be now working again but we are awaiting a clearance update from the engineers and will confirm when received.
Following the clock change, we are experiencing a system wide connection issues with the IBUS radio system. This has been escalated to the highest level and currently being investigated.
For emergency assistance drivers are requested to dial 999 directly and then pass the full details to their IBUS who in turn should pass to the NMCC.
For all calls into the NMCC please use 0344 251 0160 option 1 (ongoing diversion related calls, option 2)
