Please be advised that there is now currently an iBus fault whereby NMCC is unable to receive or broadcast radio calls to any buses fleet wide - this includes Code Red and Code Blue radio calls.
All mobiles that require assistance on a code red or require emergency services will be required to call 999 directly.
Mobiles needing to contact there garage will need to phone in on there respective landline.
There will be a further update here once a resolution or time frame is provided.
