Update at 1800hrs Route 306 diversion changed as Police have blocked right turn from Hammersmith Road into North End Road.

306 Towards Hammersmith. From North End Road at the junction with Talgarth Road, L Talgrath Road, L slip road to Hammersmith Gyratory R Hammersmith bus station. LOR.  In both directions.
