We continue to experience telephony issues within SCC. As such, we now have dedicated numbers for operators to call in.

Due to intermittent telephony issues, a CODE BLUE RESTRICTION is in place.
Bus drivers are reminded to call Code Red for Police, Fire or Ambulance assistance, and if the road is blocked.
The code red facility will still function as normal.
Drivers are NOT to call code blue.
GARAGES/IBUS - Please DO NOT relay the drivers code blue calls to the SCC, due to the telephone call issues emergency calls are taking longer than usual and need to remain the priority. Any delayed messages that couldn't be passed put against SAFE ref: 317
