Code Blue Radio Restriction - CLEAR at 0810hrs

19th September at 2003hrs.

A Code Blue radio restriction is in place due to lack of available resourcing in the Surface Control Centre. 

There is no Code Blue facility available. 

The Code Red facility is still available for emergency use.
